Your Privacy Rights

Under applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection: Object to certain processing of your data
  • Restriction: Request restriction of processing under certain circumstances

How to Submit a Request

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your full name and email address associated with your PlayerXchange account
  • The specific right you wish to exercise (access, deletion, etc.)
  • Any additional details that will help us locate your information
  • Proof of identity (for security purposes)

Request Types

📥 Data Access Request

We will provide you with a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (typically JSON or CSV).

Includes: Profile information, NIL deal history, compliance records, communication logs, and any other personal data we process.

✏️ Data Correction Request

If you believe any of your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request correction. In many cases, you can update this information directly in your account settings.

🗑️ Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your personal data. Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records, compliance documentation).

Important: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Active NIL deals may need to be resolved before full deletion is possible.

📤 Data Portability Request

Request your data in a portable format to transfer to another service provider.

🚫 Object to Processing

You can object to processing of your data for certain purposes, such as marketing communications.

We aim to respond to all requests within the legally required timeframes. In complex cases, we may extend the deadline by an additional 30-45 days and will notify you of any delay.

Identity Verification

To protect your privacy and security, we must verify your identity before fulfilling data requests. We may ask for:

  • Verification via your registered email address
  • Answers to security questions
  • Government-issued ID (for sensitive requests)
  • Two-factor authentication confirmation

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. The agent must provide:

  • Written authorization signed by you
  • Proof of their own identity
  • Verification that they are registered with the appropriate regulatory authority (if applicable)

Appeals Process

If you are not satisfied with our response to your data request, you have the right to:

  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
  • Seek legal remedies as provided by applicable law
